Store Policies
Z to A Retail offers the following Returns Policy: - We stand by the products we sell. We make every effort to describe each item honestly, and accurately. We offer a 7 day return policy. If your item has a defect not mentioned in the description or viewable in the photos we will offer a full refund or exchange. Returns for other reasons will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.
- Communication for returns MUST be made within 7 days from receiving your order. No returns accepted without prior arrangements being made.
- All returns MUST be in the original condition with all the original parts, accessories, and packaging. The serial number must match the product we have on file. Criminal charges may be filed when a customer returns an item which does not match the original serial number on file.
- Refunds will not be given to items that have been abused, altered, or misused. Such items will be returned to sender.
- All returns should be mailed as "Delivery Confirmation", not signature confirmation.
- Z to A Retail has the final decision on whether returns will be accepted. This policy may be updated at any time by Z to A Retail.
